Science-Backed Athletic Development For The Next Generation

We bring world-class biological diagnostics to American

At Biological Individuality, we believe every athlete deserves to train with precision. Too many young athletes suffer preventable injuries. Too many never reach their full potential because they train without understanding their unique biology.

That's why we partnered with Salus Method, a globally recognized leader in biological sports diagnostics, to bring this proven methodology to the United States.

Our mission is simple: give athletes, coaches, and families the data they need to train smarter, perform better, and stay healthy.

Our Story
Who we are

Founding

Alexandre Heberle

CEO / Systems Analyst

Systems Analyst specialized in Software Engineering, Alexandre Heberle is the Technology Director and co-founder of Salus.
Co-creator of the Salus Method, he is responsible for the technological structure and development of the Salus Science® system — a platform that enables the collection, description, analysis, and interpretation of fingerprints used in the company’s scientific assessments.

With more than three decades of experience in process automation, software development, and computational intelligence, Alexandre transformed an old manual observation method into a modern, precise, and accessible digital system, now nationally and internationally recognized as one of the most relevant technological innovations in Santa Catarina’s scientific community.

Rudy José Nodari Júnior

CEO / PhD Professor

Graduated in Physical Education, with a Master’s and PhD in Human Health Sciences, Prof. Dr. Rudy José Nodari Júnior completed post-doctoral research at the University of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria and the Catholic University of Murcia (Spain), as well as advanced studies in Elite Athlete Training at the Russian State University of Physical Education and Sport (Moscow).

Scientific Director and co-founder of Salus, he is a researcher and professor with extensive experience in Exercise Physiology, Biological Individuality, and Human Performance. He is the author of multiple scientific publications and an Honorary Member of the International Human Motricity Network (IHMN).

Co-creator of the Salus Method, he leads research and innovation projects that merge science and technology to analyze neuromotor potential through fingerprints, establishing the method as one of the most significant contemporary scientific advances in human motricity.

Our Purpose

To inspire people to feel passion for life by promoting health, so they can pursue their purposes to the fullest.

Our vision

Making Data-Driven Training The Standard

We envision a future where every high school, college, and club in America uses biological diagnostics as a standard tool — just like physical

What drives us:

  • Preventing injuries before they happen

  • Helping athletes reach their peak potential

  • Giving coaches objective data to guide training

Data & Privacy Approach

At Biological Individuality, data protection is a core pillar of our operation in the United States.
Operating in California, we follow strict data governance standards aligned with U.S. federal and state regulations, ensuring that sensitive biological information is handled with the highest level of security, transparency, and ethical responsibility.

Compliance, Transparency, and Scientific Responsibility

Regulatory Framework

Our data protection practices are designed to align with the most relevant U.S. and California regulations, including:

HIPAA (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act) – for the protection of health-related information

CCPA (California Consumer Privacy Act)

CPRA (California Privacy Rights Act) – enhanced privacy rights for California residents

Together, these regulations guide how data is collected, stored, accessed, and managed, ensuring individual rights and institutional accountability.

What Type of Data Do We Use?

Biological Individuality does not use biometric data for identity verification.

Fingerprint images are used only at the moment of scientific collection and are not stored as identifiable biometric records.

Immediately after capture:

  • The fingerprint image is converted into mathematical variables related to neuromotor and biological tendencies

  • The original image is encrypted in an irreversible format

  • The encrypted file cannot be reconstructed

  • The data cannot be used for identification, authentication, or verification purposes

Biological Individuality does not perform civil, governmental, commercial, or law-enforcement biometric identification.

Encryption, Storage & Access Control

All sensitive data is protected through robust technical safeguards consistent with U.S. security expectations:

Irreversible encryption of all fingerprint-related records

Local and controlled data storage, minimizing exposure to external networks

Restricted access, limited to authorized and trained professionals

Continuous monitoring and auditing of system activity

These safeguards are designed to meet the security, confidentiality, and integrity principles required under U.S. and California data protection laws.

HIPAA Alignment & Ongoing Compliance

Biological Individuality applies security and privacy practices that are aligned with HIPAA principles, including:

California Consumer Privacy Rights (CCPA & CPRA)

In accordance with California law, individuals have the right to:

  • Know what personal data is collected and how it is used

  • Request access to their data

  • Request correction of inaccurate information

  • Request deletion of their data

  • Opt out of data retention when applicable

Biological Individuality fully respects and operationalizes these rights within its data governance framework.

Before any data collection occurs, all individuals participate in a clear and structured informed consent process, ensuring:

  1. Full understanding of the purpose of data collection

  2. Clear explanation of what data is collected and how it is used

  3. Transparency about data protection and storage practices

  4. Awareness of individual rights under U.S. law

Consent is obtained only after full clarification, reinforcing autonomy, trust, and ethical responsibility.

For Biological Individuality, data protection is not only a regulatory requirement — it is a scientific and ethical commitment.

We combine:

  • U.S. regulatory compliance

  • Advanced security protocols

  • Scientific responsibility

  • Respect for individual privacy

to ensure that every assessment is conducted with integrity, safety, and trust.
